A while back Milwaukee sent out their 18-volt Jobsite Radio/Charger (2792-20) for me to try out, and I was more than happy to put it to the test. I could write an review telling you all about the Milwaukee jobsite radio and all of the cool features that Milwaukee included, but instead I decided to just show you, with a video.
I could point out that the radio can be run off of an M18 battery or you could simply plug it into a standard wall outlet. Alternatively, I could mention that the radio features an AM/FM tuner that is sure to pick up your favorite local radio station. I would probably bring up the fact that it features a built in USB port that could be used to charge your smartphone, and that you could use the AUX port to play the music from your phone while it charges.
One of the main features I would be sure to talk about is the fact that the radio also acts as a charger for any Milwaukee M18 battery, thus making it a breeze to go from corded to cordless and back. However, the most important feature for me to talk about would be the Bluetooth connectivity feature, and how it is used to stream music directly from your phone to the radio, wirelessly.
I would end the review by telling you that I was impressed with the audio quality that the two speakers produce and the hours of runtime the battery provides, then inform you that you can purchase the Milwaukee 18-volt Jobsite Radio/Charger (2792-20) online at Home Depot for about $230.
I would probably forget to mention the built-in bottle opener, because you shouldn’t be drinking on the job, so the bottle opener wouldn’t get used very much anyway.
However, I am not going to talk about any of those things, because I made a video instead. Check it out below and also see how we put up Christmas lights.
